With over 18 years of experience within the healthcare industry across both the NHS and private healthcare sector, I have built my career around clinical practice, mentorship and professional development, helping nurses, healthcare assistants and internationally trained professionals successfully navigate and thrive within the UK healthcare system.
Throughout my journey, I have worked closely with healthcare professionals at different stages of their careers and gained firsthand insight into the real challenges many face. From career stagnation and limited progression opportunities to underpayment, uncertainty and lack of clarity around career pathways, I understand what it feels like to work hard while still feeling stuck.
